Reflection

I think this project turned out well and I’m happy with the final outcomes. I really like the bright pink contrasted with the darker navy blue, the pink really stands out and grabs people’s attention. Using the navy blue for the mailer box makes it look a bit more sophisticated and then you have the pop of pink when you open the box with the inside lid and the leaflet. Inside the box will be the leaflet, some stickers, a reminder card and some popcorn.

The leaflet covers all the information to do with cervical screenings and cervical cancer and I included lots of statistics as I think people usually remember them more than pages of in depth information. If I were to change anything about the project I would change the font I used for the titles/headings because looking back at it I don’t really like it as much.

Overall I believe my project fulfils what I aimed to do which was to demystify the taboo of smear tests, educate women and highlight the importance of attending a screening every 3 years.
