My project idea

For my self initiated project I am going to be looking at the taboo of smear tests in young women and how beneficial it is to be screened as soon as you turn 25. For this project I want to create an informative care package that women receive on the lead up to their 25th birthday containing vital information on what cervical cancer is and what to expect at a screening. I will also create some campaign posters/advertisements that can be displayed in public places to encourage women of all ages to keep updated with their smear tests.

The project is designed to demystify the taboo of smear tests and educate women on the importance of attending every 3 years.
